The website design for AOL.com, optimized for both desktop and mobile, aims to encourage users to download the AOL app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The design highlights the benefits of using the AOL app, including fast-loading AOL Mail, access to today's headlines and trending videos, organized and secure email, breaking news updates, premium videos, weather forecasts, and new features like package tracking, advanced filters, unsubscribe suggestions, and gift card management. Users can also upgrade to AOL Mail+ through the app by scanning a QR code.

Objective: Promote the AOL app as a convenient and secure platform for accessing AOL Mail, news updates, and weather forecasts. Encourage users to upgrade to AOL Mail+ for an ad-free email experience and additional customization options.
Task: Design both the desktop and mobile versions of AOL.com that communicate the benefits of the AOL app and AOL Mail+ upgrade, encouraging users to download the app and upgrade via QR code scan. Create an intuitive user flow for the upgrade process.

The user flow for purchasing AOL Mail Plus is designed for seamlessness and ease of use. Mobile users are directed to the AOL app, where they can easily upgrade through an in-app landing page. Non-mobile users are directed to a deeplinked AOL app landing page, where they can scan a QR code to continue the upgrade process or download the AOL app if needed. After upgrading, users receive a confirmation and can enjoy the premium features of AOL Mail Plus.

I developed comprehensive email designs for AOL Mail Plus, optimizing for both mobile and desktop interfaces. I designed the Webmail login screen, pre-welcome screen, post-welcome interface, webmail logout page, and Etab feature for AOL Mail Plus. These designs reflect AOL Mail Plus's commitment to a superior email experience, combining aesthetics with functionality. Additionally, I designed app store assets, such as event cards and the AOL Mail Plus icon, for placement in app stores.
